MA Psychology, Certified Canadian Counsellor

Areas of Specialty / Interest

Often clients seek therapy for positive and lasting change or support during difficult times. Change is made when we feel safe, confident and secure.  I utilize a holistic and person-centered approach to build a positive therapeutic relationship. Creating connection via the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for positive growth, achieving goals and improved health and wellness. I strive to create a supportive, warm and trusting environment where each client feels seen, heard, understood and equipped to create the life they want.

Sherri is a City University graduate with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. She is a licensed Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC).
