We look at marriage and relationships from a Gottman perspective which is an evidence based approach to couples in which researchers were able to predict whether or not a couple would stay together in the first few minutes of a couple interacting in conflict.
We initially work to assess your relationship dynamic through initial history and individual interviews and then provide couples with a comprehensive couples checkup that looks at strengths and weaknesses of your relationship.
Goals- It helps us to narrow down what your relationship may need from an evidence based perspective and work on understanding and implementing better communication strategies and work on other levels or the relationship like friendship, intimacy, dreams, commitment and trust.
Building stronger relationships with friends, family, and loved ones
Often we look for what we do not want our partner to do and tell them, but what if we communicated what we do want them to do or the good they are already doing and comment on that.

“Trustworthy relationships are built on a foundation of goodwill. Couples with solid trust are able to give each other the benefit of the doubt in conflict, and they weather conflicts more easily because of it.”
