B.Ed, MC.
Provisional Psychologist

Many individuals seek therapy to cultivate positive, lasting change or to find solace and strength during challenging periods. The ability to make meaningful shifts in one’s life is deeply intertwined with feeling safe, confident, and secure.

My holistic and person-centered approach is dedicated to building a positive and trusting therapeutic relationship. This connection is the core of our work, providing a stable foundation for you to achieve your goals, experience personal growth, and enhance your overall health and well-being. My aim is to create a supportive, warm, and trusting atmosphere where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. Together, we will work to equip you with the resources and insights needed to create the life you envision.

As a Provisional Psychologist and a graduate of City University with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, I bring over two decades of experience in the field. My career began in the school system, where I supported children and their families in various roles, including teacher, counsellor, and administrator, working with issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma and learning challenges.  Later, at Jewish Family Services, I broadened my expertise to assist adults, families, and couples dealing with challenges like addiction, grief, loss, and trauma.

I am driven by a deep passion for helping others find meaning and peace within themselves and their families through compassionate counselling.

More than just my work:

I grew up dancing competitively and loved it. Dance helps me feel grounded and full of joy—it allows me to be more present and connect with my body.

I love to bake for others. Baking is very methodical and therapeutic…giving it away is even better (an easy way to spread a little joy)
