Many individuals feel overwhelmed by life’s challenges and disconnected from their sense of balance, meaning and inner strengths. They may struggle with anxiety, stress, trauma, burnout, grief, emotional regulation or cultural identity concerns and often feel alone navigating these experiences.

I provide a safe, compassionate and collaborative therapeutic space grounded in humanistic values, where clients can explore their experiences without judgement. I tailor therapy to each person’s individual needs, pace and goals.

My goal is to foster healing, personal growth and meaningful change while reminding clients that they don’t have to face difficult experiences alone.
