Areas Of Support
Josh is a Masters student in Marriage and Family Therapy through Kairos University. Asking for and seeking help can be scary. We may have experienced a lot of hurt in our lives and don’t know where to turn. Our trauma has a way of holding us back from trusting and seeking help. Therapy may seem scary, but it doesn’t need to be.
My Approach starts with safety and connection. As a MFT my main focus is relationships and the dynamics within relationships. Starting with a foundation of trust and building off that, using techniques to work with you to repair and rebuild areas of hurt. I want to partner with you to write a new story.
